This software does not contain any other extra and confusing options and tries its best to keep the task of capturing screenshots simple and fast. The ScreenCannon software contains some useful and handy tools which pertain to capturing and saving screenshots. One of these features is that the software can take quality screenshots from any program including Videos, movies and games. Other useful feature is that ScreenCannon can accomplish the task of auto-generation of file names for saving the screenshots directly to the user’s computer. The auto-generation of file-names is based on the current time and the active application. The users can effectively use the ScreenCannon program to take the screenshots of the whole screen at once as well as a part of the screen selected by dragging the mouse. The screenshots are saved in the default JPG Image format. Furthermore, the users can choose to sign and resize the captured screenshots automatically.
